How Our Dumpster Rentals Work
When you rent a dumpster from Newton Roll Offs, you're getting more than just a container – you're getting a full-service experience from delivery through pickup. Here's what you need to know about our rental terms and pickup policy.
What's Included in Your Rental
Every dumpster rental includes:
Free delivery to your location in Paducah, Henderson, Murray, Hopkinsville, or surrounding Western Kentucky communities
Up to 14 days on-site (rental period starts the day we deliver)
Free pickup at the end of your rental period
Weight allowance based on your dumpster size
Scheduling Your Pickup
Standard Pickup: Your rental includes 14 days on-site. Just give us a call or text when you're ready for pickup, and we'll schedule it within 1-2 business days.
Need More Time? No problem. Rental extensions are available for a daily rate. Just let us know before your 14 days are up, and we'll keep your dumpster as long as you need it.
Early Pickup: Finished early? That's great! We're happy to pick up your dumpster before the 14 days are over. Just give us a call to schedule, but please note that early pickup doesn't reduce the rental rate – you've already reserved the full 14-day period.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Before Delivery:
Cancel or reschedule anytime before delivery at no charge
Just give us at least 24 hours notice so we can adjust our delivery schedule
Call us at (270) 559-7226 to make changes
After Delivery:
Once the dumpster is delivered, the rental period has started
We don't offer refunds after delivery, but we're happy to work with you on timing and pickup
If you need to keep it longer or have it picked up sooner, just let us know
Weight Limits & Overages
Each dumpster size has a weight allowance included in your rental rate:
16-yard: Included weight allowance
20-yard: Included weight allowance
30-yard: Included weight allowance
40-yard: Included weight allowance
If your load exceeds the weight limit, overage fees apply based on the additional tonnage. We'll let you know if there are any overages when we pick up your dumpster.
What You Can't Put in Our Dumpsters
For safety and environmental reasons, we can't accept:
Hazardous materials or chemicals
Paint (wet)
Batteries or electronics
Tires
Appliances with refrigerants

Delivery & Access Requirements
We Need:
Clear access to your delivery location (at least 10 feet wide for our truck)
Overhead clearance (watch for low-hanging power lines or tree branches)
A relatively flat, stable surface for placement
Permission from property owners if you're renting for a commercial job site
Can't Guarantee Placement? If our driver can't safely access the location or place the dumpster due to obstacles, power lines, or unstable ground, we may need to reschedule or find an alternative spot. We'll work with you to figure it out.
